Road Trip 2009! July 1: Bellingham to La Grande, OR

Brian and I decided to take advantage of our 3 free weeks this summer and have headed out of town with the girl on an epic road trip. Our plan: drive to Colorado to visit friends and family and then to Southern California for Brian's 20th High School Reunion and to visit Grandma Rex Ann. As we planned our adventure, many thought we are crazy to embark on such a trek with Luna. At 9 1/2 months, Luna has become more active and may not be so keen on spending time in her carseat. We threw caution to the wind and headed out on a sunny Bellingham morning, not sure what we might encounter along the way.
